Our Financials
Khazanah's financials are prepared in accordance with the provision of the Companies Act, 2016 and comply with the Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards ("MFRS"), which is in compliance with the International Financial Reporting Standards issued by the International Accounting Standards Board ("IASB").
The financials are derived from Khazanah’s Extended Company Financial Statements, which refers to consolidation of the financial statements of Khazanah (Company) and its Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). These SPVs are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Khazanah, which have been set up to actively hold investments or as funding vehicles of the Company.
