Accelerate is a short-term, targeted programme designed to prepare participants for immediate entry into the workforce. It focuses on equipping individuals with industry-relevant skills through structured training aligned to sectors such as semiconductor, machinery & equipment, digital & technology and hospitality & services, technical fields and emerging digital capabilities. The programme bridges the gap between education and employment by combining skills and certification with job placement support. It is open to school leavers and graduates who are unemployed and seeking to enter the workforce. Through this approach, Accelerate strengthens job readiness and supports faster workforce integration.
