Thomas Tey is Co‑Head of Public Markets at Khazanah Nasional, where he is jointly responsible for the design and execution of active and passive equity strategies across global markets.

He joined Khazanah in 2012 as a Graduate Trainee in the Investments division, and has since taken on progressively senior roles within the organization.

He is a member of both the Management Committee and Investments Committee, and serves on the Board of Khazanah’s Shanghai office.

He holds a Master’s degree in Actuarial Science from the Australian National University and is a CFA charterholder with CIPM and CAIA designations.
