Khazanah Graduate Trainee Programme (KGTP)
The Khazanah Graduate Trainee Programme (KGTP) is designed to develop early-career talent through structured training and on-the-job exposure across key areas of the organisation.
Trainees are placed in a fast-paced environment that provides broad exposure to functions, industries and strategic initiatives.
The programme comprises two main tracks.
Graduate Trainee Programme
Investments (GTP-I)
Focuses on developing investment professionals through exposure to portfolio management, investment strategy and value creation.
Graduate Trainee Programme
Khazanah (GTP-K)
Develops talent across core functions such as strategy, governance, sustainability, legal and research. KGTP is open to graduates from a range of disciplines who demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills and an interest in contributing to Khazanah’s role.
Eligibility Details
Fresh graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 / 2nd Class Upper / WAM score of 70% and above
Hold leadership roles in schools, universities, associations, or other organisations
Energetic high achievers and team players
Possess excellent communication skills
Highly driven and committed to contribute towards advancing Malaysia

ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
1. Who is eligible to apply?
Malaysian citizens who have recently graduated or are in their final year of undergraduate or postgraduate studies are encouraged to apply!
2. Can I apply if I already have work experience?
Yes. Applicants with up to two years of work experience at the point of application are eligible.

1. What hardware and software am I required to have for the assessment stages?
You will need access to a reliable laptop with a functioning camera and microphone. Unless stated otherwise, no additional software downloads are required to complete your assessments. A stable internet connection and a quiet environment are strongly recommended.
