Graduate Trainee Programme – Investments (GTP-I)

Be part of Khazanah’s core business and join the Investments division, where you will undergo a rigorous 12-month programme to prepare you for a career as an Investments analyst. We are looking for driven and intellectually curious individuals who are team players and interested in developing financial, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. You will gain exposure to developing and executing investment strategies across different asset classes and sectors and value creation initiatives for our portfolio companies.

Graduate Trainee Programme – Khazanah (GTP-K)

GTP-K is a 12-month programme tailored to develop talents in a chosen area of specialisation such as Digital & Technology, Governance, Risks & Compliance, Legal, Research, Strategic Human Capital and Strategy. The programme accepts fresh graduates from any discipline with a passion for problem-solving, proficiency in handling numbers and a desire to work with multiple stakeholders.

Selection Process
Who Do We Look For?

We are seeking high-calibre and self-driven candidates for our GT programme.

  • Fresh graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 / 2nd Class Upper / WAM score of 75% and above
  • Possess excellent communication skills;
  • Hold leadership roles in schools, universities, associations, or others;
  • Energetic high achievers and team players; and
  • Highly driven and committed to contribute towards advancing Malaysia.
