GRADUATE EMPLOYABILITY ENHANCEMENT PROGRAMME-GREEN Programme
Khazanah Nasional Berhad is the investment holding arm of the Government of Malaysia. In line with its mission and vision, Khazanah is committed to develop the human capital of the nation in order to build a globally competitive Malaysia. The GREEN Programme – Graduate Employability Enhancement Programme - is Khazanah’s contribution as a responsible corporate citizen towards the development of human capital.
The Iskandar Malaysia GREEN Programme, a collaboration with Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA), is designed to serve as a template for future initiatives in training Malaysians for jobs within Iskandar Malaysia. The Iskandar Malaysia GREEN Programme is focused on providing participants with opportunities to improve their skills and assist them in gaining work experience. However, there is no offer of employment at the conclusion of the Programme.
All qualified Johorean graduates are encouraged to apply and participate in this Programme.
Terms and Conditions:
- Open to all unemployed Johorean who have graduated with recognised degrees.
Those who are employed on a non-permanent or part-time basis are eligible to apply. - Applicants's age must be below 27 years old on 31st December 2008.
- Applicants with academic qualifications higher than a Degree need not apply.
- Applicants must be willing to undergo industrial training at participating organisations.
- Applicants are only allowed to submit one application form.
Programme Duration:
12 months.
Training:
Successful candidates will undergo a 2-month classroom training followed by a 10-month on-the-job training at participating companies/organisations.
Monthly Allowance:
Successful candidates will receive RM1,000.00 monthly allowance.
Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided during the 2-month classroom training.

Completed application forms must reach Khazanah Nasional Berhad
by 30th September 2008.
Attention:
Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. If no response is received within two
months from the closing date, the application is deemed unsuccessful. All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
